I heard some rumors from people that mexico is legalizing a small possession of certain drugs including our favorite (Cannabis). I'm wondering one is this true, two when will it be in effect, and finally will this turn mexico into a so called "Amsterdam"???!!

theres more info in a pretty recent thread..u.s. talked crap about them saying its another problem along with immigration right now so they haven't gone through with it. Mexico would never become like Amsterdam though, not too soon anyway.
