This is why I don't eat at McDonalds or other places that hire kids (some are hard working) or people who don't give a damn. If they really needed the job and money to get by, they'd prolly take there job a tad bit more serious.

A few days ago I went to a chinese restaurant with my friend, and we were fucking BLAZED out of our minds. They lady could soo tell and was like all irritated with us and shit.. she was like sign HERE. And shoved the receipt in my face haha.

The next day we got delivery from some burger joint (joint... haha) and the delivery guy could smell the weed and was like hey guys having fun? Haha we were like yeahhhh! You wanna hit it? And he took a bong rip. Haha!

Nope it's not legal here and in fact since the conservatives took power in our government, things have been going the other way. The Liberals were pushing for decrimilization though.

Pot in Canada is a LOT more lax than the states. We dont go to jail for a measly ounce or two.. nor for much more either. usually a slap on the wrist maybe a fine or community service,

One summer all thelaws were up in the air, so all cases were being dropped in court..

but in a simple way to answer your question..no it is NOt legal... but wow, is the pot great here!
