So i had a interview with walmart the other day...
Why you may ask? Because i can't stand my current mcjob and am looking for another one, and in this shit town that i live in, it is about the only place that is hiring. I tried to get a job in the oilfield...they didn't come out and say it, but basically they didn't even look at me because i am not a man. I also tried to get a job with the local hydro plant here, and they didn't hire me because my daddy doesn't work in there, and also because i am not a "minority". Fucking sucks. Anyways, any advice for me? I know a job like that is going to suck, but what are their benefits like? I know this local one gives you a 10% discount on anything you buy.... Also i am specifically looking for canadians that work there, because i have been in a few american ones and those stores are ghetto, but i still appeciate any info i can get. Btw, i applied for a full time night job. No fucking way i would work there during the day. They said they would call monday. Basically b/c they are desperate to hire someone RIGHT NOW.

benefits suck balls. pay is ok its every 2 weeks, so you will have like 400-500 pay every 2. other than that, you could find people that smoke weed in there. try to have some fun.

I know a lot of people that work at walmart. I'm sure its not the greatest job though. I'm glad I went to college so I can use that career finding thing. I'm always helping my girl find jobs. She deals with lots of shit being a woman and all. Thats why I help her out and get her setup with good positions. We are now looking at working at a bank. The best way to get a good job easily is by recommendation. Good luck to you. I'd try to only keep the walmart thing as a temp.

Well i got the job, i start in about 2 weeks.
I am going to stay on at my current job, maybe work 1 or 2 shifts a week for extra cash...xmas is comin up and all, and my car needs some work done. So yeah... Look out walmart stoners here i come! heh.
