It wont be long before Marijuana is legalized. I say this because a major discovery has been found for alzheimer's patients. Heres a Link.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15145917/ I have read all over the place the Marijuana leads to memory loss, and kills brain cells. This report tells us the exact opposite. The reason why I think I will see legalization in my life time is because this is some good Rep points for weed. Its goes againist everything the Gov't has been telling us. Laster word, please leave your thoughts on this...

It won't matter, at least in the short term. Too much big money for big business is at stake. They don't care about peoples suffering. If they could patent marijuana then maybe. If marijuana is legalized then there is no excuse to not legalize hemp. Its all about money and power. Even when states vote in favor of medical marijuana or decriminalization the federal government does everything it can to stop it. They are heartless bastards. Its a nice dream though.

My grandmother and my aunt have Alzheimer's. It's a very sad disease. Any of you who have had any experience with Alzheimer's know it's heartbreaking to see the ones you love slip away. My grandmother tells me all the time she doesn't know who I am. I just tell her how much I love her, and I also tell her that she always loved me. I won't stop calling even though it makes me cry every time. I love her, and she's still my grandmother, no matter how far she slips away. I'm just glad she's here.
How I wish I knew what the benefits of marijuana and Alzheimer's before. I would have talked to them, no matter what, about how mj could help. Even edibles if not smoke. Since it runs in families, it's always a concern. So I'll just keep smoking and hoping for the best. Now if I could only find that joint I put down somewhere...I'm gonna go check the fridge again.:60: Peace and happiness |

weed will be legalized in our lifetime, they cant hide the truth forever. it just pisses me off that weed is still schedule 1 which means it should have no medical value but that article proves it all wrong by itself. not to mention the hundreds if not thousands of other studies that prove medical uses of marijuana.

nice find ghandi. alzheimers is a terrible disease and its heartwarming to know that mj can help prevent it. ever since the government was first created politicians have corrupted it. we the citizens are the bloodline of america and the government has always said we were incapable of making the right decisions for our country.well i say fuck them. we should choose how we want to live.

I saw that the other day on some news site. I don't personally know anyone with alzheimers, but my girls mom works with old people. She tells us a lot of stories. I hope they find some way to help those people. The more research they do the more good things they find about marijuana. Maybe our wait is coming to an end.

Wow. More people get arrested for simple cannabis pocession now than ever even thought possible 20 years ago and yet we still have dreamers hoping for legalization. Good on ya! I too hope to see it legalized in my lifetime.I know it won't happen but I'll never stop dreaming!
