if you inhale you can get buzzed pretty good. if you get them at a cigar shop they are more then likely not cuban, because original cubans are illegal. but i have found someone who does bring them in from a plantation from cuba....now those are some fucking good cigars. the ones that say they are cuban but in reality aren't they have all but the ingrediant in them....not as effective. but i am now rambleling so yeah. peace out

I work for the largest cigar co. in the world, Swisher Int. So I know a little about this. People think they get high off of Cubans or other high $ cigars but it is just the nicoteen content is so high. No weed in them..

There is no weed in Cuban cigars. The USA placed a trade embargo (restriction) on Cuban cigars back in 1962.

That would be SICK if you could roll it out of leaves. Im not that talented! Anyways, Nebraska gets some Cuban cigars in our stores now haha! We have a trade of corn for cigars :) Never bought one though cause they are expensive.
