I have very lil experience with the great outdoors but from what I've read....
Your plant should be able to handle the first frost but will not survive the second.... but I honestly couldn't say. One question though.... is it planted in the ground or do you just have it in a pot???

Its in a garden. I think it will be ready to go by next week. White hairs cover about 50% still. It's been there since late April. It only grew 19 inches tall. It warmed up a little today. It should be in the 60's and 70's this weekend.
