Re: Poll: Moving to live in cannabis freedom
Funny that I just found this thread because all last year I was planning a move to California. I actually just got back from a two week vacation in the bay area for the second time and what can I say I still absolutely love it there. Really don't know why but I just love the vibes I get there and the bay area is beautiful especially comapred to where I'm at right now. Another thing that is kind of odd everytime I'm in San Francisco I feel like I've been there before like deja vu and I know the city like I've lved there all along and also know how to get around more than my own city which is rediculous. I'm not making a move out there anytime soon anymore because my friend that lives in fremont is actually moving back here this week. All of my friends plan on making a move around the bay area.. Sausolito to be exact or maybe even Vancouver, B.C. together in the next couple of years after we all have decent jobs and our lives somewhat more together than right now..
For anyone thinking about making the move all I can say is plan, do your homework and also if you have never been there before take a trip first. ![]()

Re: Poll: Moving to live in cannabis freedom
Thanks Bubba I think I will have to swing by there. That will give me an excuse to make a stop in Vegas. I figure how often do you drive across the country so I want to see it all. Maybe there is some king of worlds largest ball of yarn or something to that effect. Id look back and kick myself if I missed that!

Re: Poll: Moving to live in cannabis freedom
I knew he would run through there
![]() It's weird, stand in the front yard and see the lights of a town 60 miles away. Not the lume But the lights. On the ocean you can't see that till you are less than 8 miles away.

Re: Poll: Moving to live in cannabis freedom
Thats ridiculous....60 of them long ones is quite a distance.
I forget what state it is...But theres a spot that goes uphill. And if you park your car halfway up the hill and let off the brake you will actually roll UP the hill! Theres a wierd one for ya!

Re: Poll: Moving to live in cannabis freedom
thanks RaggedEdge for the thread... love reading your writings, always interesting. :)
I will be joining GMASON... where ever he goes I go. He's my fiance, lucky guy. j/k haha but really he isThis is my second post, but I've been following the post for a few months now. Glad to be in on the action. Totally agree with kikuras when he said "I wish that Congress and other people in the gov. could read this thread so they realize how important this subject is to people. I mean, thats a pretty big thing to do; moving in order to follow something you believe in." With many people willing to move to not feel criminalized for what they believe in def makes you wish people could see how much this means for you. I mean to sell all your all your belongings and move across the country that's a BIG deal! It's so funny when I told my boss I was quiting work to move to CA you should have seen his face. He had a friend come in and even his friend cracked a small joke... about me wanting to be a hippie and move. Say what you want to say I can't wait to move next weekend and be free. (or somewhat free, better than memphis) Maybe one day we can move to Amsterdam. That would be an adventure. ![]() |
