Formula 420 Help?

I have a pink glass water pipe that I tried cleaning once with rubbing alcohol, but I noticed that it took some of the color off the glass so I haven't cleaned it since.

My friend gave me a bottle of Formula 420. I've never seen or used this stuff before, but I was under the impression that it would be a liquid. It looks like an old bottle, and it's about half-full with dry crystals. It doesn't seem to be moist at all.

Is this what it's supposed to look like? Could I add water to it or something?

rinse the rocks off and fill it with rubbing alcohol...

put some salt in your pipe, boil up some water, get that water in there and shake that shit up, works pretty well. I've never used Forumla 420 or any other cleaning product for pipes or bongs, but to each their own.

A good choice I just recently learned. MSG monosodium glutamate-"Accent" brand. It also works wonders in the oven. For those concerned about fumes this is a great way to go.

never used it, but I thought for sure it was a liquid. rock salt and rubbing alcohol works just as well.

It is a liquid, blue actually. You just gotta shake it up. If it went totally dry though, do like 420 said and fill it with alcohol. I myself use salt and rudding alcohol.
