i believe it is legal to grow in Alaska, Michigan, and California as long as youre suppling it to medical patients. of course all this can be trumped by federal stupidity.

It is illegal to grow Cannabis federally throughout the entire U.S. I think Malawi and Nepal just treat it as any other weed possibly some other places...
