I havnt smoked any grand daddy purple or what some people on the east coast call "purp" and I am wondering if anybody has seen any out there anywhere its a very good smoke

We have plenty of GDP in NorCal too. The Purp is a different variety here on the west coast

In ed rosenthal's book he says the strain is granddaddy grape ape by apothecary seeds,
aka grape ape, perple erkel, and granddaddy purple by the way... very nice picture!!!
