why the hell would you not want the munchies?!
I love the munchies!  If your worried about gaining weight then my only suggestion would be dont eat as much or eat healthier..pretty simple. Kinda hard to stop the munchies though, kind of inevitable. |

i usually dont get the munchies anymore unless i have food in front of me....then i just cant resist. my biggest deal is cotton mouth so i drink tons of water....maybe this is why i dont get so hungry?

I tend to find sometimes i just don't get hungry, other times, i'll eat a banquet.
I'd suggest either using great will power to restrain yourself (but who wants to do that eh?), keep yourself occupied, or worse comes to worse, hopefully your body will just get use to the metabolism change. |

i cook food before i smoke.
i like toooo prepare myself for when i get the munchies haha when i dont have food though..its kinda weird ..i just dont get the munchies. like my body knows it cant have food right now so it just..gets over it. |

me and many of my friend mix up a big pot of coolaid. you dont get the munchies because your hungry its because your dehydrated. gateraid works very well also.
