RE: Frogs and crickets--most of the frogs have disappeared here due to intense ag. spraying. Same is true of lightening bugs. I miss the tree frogs, as at night, they would eat the bugs that ate my plants. In the daytime, the lizzards do the job. That is nature as it was meant to be. In the long run, sprays do more harm than good.
