IT IS TIME FOR A REVOLUTION! I have had enough! it is time to organize and protest our right to smoke a harmless weed in our pursuit of happiness. Marijuana prohibition must end! and it must end now! We must march on our state capitols on April 20th at 4:20 pm across this nation. Bring flowers! Signs! and bull horns! Free the flower! Flower Power! REVOLT! Organize your friends and family! Spread the word everywhere you go! THE TIME IS NOW! Enough is enough! I have been watching and waiting for good news and my patience has grown thin, I can take no more. I want to legally grow a weed in my backyard without fear of arrest. I had finally smoked some weed again after almost 20 years without, and it worked! my pain was eased, my nausea was relieved and surprisingly I had lots of energy. I could think rationally and I composed myself quite well, in fact I had fun! I felt in complete control, light years away from any comparison to my drunken brother who was high on an actual legal drug 'alcohol'. Which is by the way killing him. I can send my 8 year old grandson to the store to buy aspirin, and if I eat just 10 aspirin it could kill me! I could drink a gallon of whiskey and it could kill me, I could eat sugar and caffeine everyday and ruin my health, and yet if I ate a pound or two of marijuana, (which is not likely) I would just get really high, maybe have a really clean colon from the fiber, but it would not kill me. And yet it is illegal? My government, WE THE PEOPLE, have decided based on grossly inaccurate information that a simple weed flower is dangerous??? the root of all evil??? Why is this antiquated law still in existence? Why have we allowed ourselves, to sit complacently and watch these growers, co-ops and dispensaries take legal avenues to make this simple weed flower a regulated drug? So that they can make a huge profit off of a simple weed flower? Even though they have good intentions, their legal actions only protect themselves and their businesses, and provide only for the few who can afford to get a prescription. It is not for everyone, it is not just a medicine, it is a recreational drug that every American should have the right to grow and ingest without fear of arrest. Why are we willing to pay taxes and high prices for something we have the God given right to grow in our backyards next to our tomato plants? Why have we not marched on our government and demanded our rights be respected. If we are to live in a free society, then WE MUST PARTICIPATE! We must REVOLT! I myself am going to do everything I can to spread the word! Cut, Copy and Paste this message and send it to everyone you know, email it, post it, blog it, print it up and pass it out in front of the grocery store, pass flyer's out on car windshields, get everyone to REVOLT! The time is here! The time is now! The time has come! WE'RE HERE, WE'RE HIGH, GET USED TO IT! FLOWER POWER! FREE THE FLOWER! MARIJUANA REVOLUTION! APRIL 20TH IS NEAR, ARE YOU GETTING READY? P.S. I declare April 20th PLANT A WEED DAY! If you have seeds then germinate them now, plant a male and a female in various locations around your town, let them grow and thrive, set the weed free! |

How to Organize Your Own “FREE THE WEED” Protest
Here are 10 simple steps that you can follow to organize a protest in your own community. 1. Pick a location for the date and time in your town. I’d suggest main street at an intersection with lots of traffic, or better yet, your states Capitol building or your local city hall. 2. Tell your friends, family, co-workers and everyone else you know about the protest. Build an RSVP email list so that you can provide quick updates if something changes. You should also create a Facebook group so that the group can communicate with one another. 3. Make 5-10 signs with legible slogans that send a clear message to the public and the media. Write in BIG LETTERS. 4. Call your local talk radio hosts and ask them to announce the location, date and time on the air for a few days leading up to the protest. Send a letter to the editor of your local newspaper announcing the protest. Email the bloggers in your area and ask them to post a notice about the protest. 5. Write a press release and email, mail and fax copies to the local tv stations, radio stations and newspapers. Call the reporters that cover local events or politics and leave messages on their voice mail. 6. On the day of your protest, show up with your group, be loud, visible, happy and engage the public. Wave your signs, make lots of noise and move around to get attention. If reporters interview you, give them some good sound bytes for their stories. Stay on message and keep your answers short and coherent. 7. Bring sign-in sheets to capture the names, emails and phone numbers of everyone who attends the protest and/or says that they support what you are doing. You will then have a big list of people that can plan the next, much bigger and louder, event. Also bring handouts with one page of quick facts about why you are protesting in the first place. 8. Add your pictures, video and an after-action report to your facebook group, and send this stuff to the bloggers and reporters that you originally contacted. Ask them to post the photos, story and video. 9. Thank everyone who attended via email and phone, and set up a meeting to plan your next event. Now you have a list of people in your community that can help make the next protest huge. Encourage everyone to commit to bring at least one friend to the next protest. 10. Organize a carpool and go find a friend in your neighboring town or county and help them organize a protest there. You and your people are now veterans and should be able to keep the momentum going around your area. |

Seed Bombs: Walk-By Guerrilla Gardening
Combine 2 parts mixed seeds with 3 parts compost. Stir in 5 parts powdered red or brown clay. Moisten with water until mixture is damp enough to mold into balls. Pinch off a penny-sized piece of the clay mixture and roll it between the palms of your hands until it forms a tight ball (1 inch in diameter). Set the balls on newspaper and allow to dry for 24 - 48 hours. Store in a cool, dry place until ready to sow. Throw the balls into vacant lots, pavement cracks, long-standing rubbish piles, or anywhere that would benefit from a bit of random greenery.(police stations, city court houses, or in dirt by any government building or even out you car window on those back roads) Happy Revolution! ![]() ![]()
