To mail an important letter and get some commemorative postage stamps which I like to use to possibly cheer someone up along the way, such as the bored mailman or a lonely secretary(!). Commemorative stamps, for those who might not know, are used to honor and depict items of our nations history such as presidents, people in the arts, national landmarks and so on.
So all they had was the new 44 cent issue with--ta- da!!!! The Simpsons!
I guess that someone was getting a laugh at the clowns making the laws and rules.
So why not commemorative stamps with pictures of great bud on them-an entire series could be had just from what is in this website. Also, we could have great glass and wood works. Remember, living persons can not have their pictures on stamps. I'd sure like to lick the bud of the month when mailing out my bills. As I dream on-----
