Do I only need a sales permit and Caregiver License?

I am ready to open a delivery in OC California,my question is
Do I need to have any other permits to do this?
I know I need a sales permit and caregivers license and permission from the landlord.
Is it better to open a shop??Any info you can provide is appreciated !!!

a delivery ? be careful , As with all mmj states there are statutes stating a max amount you can be driving with , but with a shop you can posses alot more. AS for a caregivers liscense, perhaps, but definatly a mm card, in Co, no need for a CG liscense. If you posses a mmj card, you can caregive. I think one can drive with about 6 ounces legally in Co. with card. and being a caregiver, but that's it, even if you had 100 ppl, no more than 6 ounces no matter what.
