Females don't produce pollen in the sense of plant reproduction. Only males do. The 'pollen' people refer to when talking about females are the trichome heads that fall off during processing and handling. That 'pollen' isn't actually pollen at all, but it will get you stoned. I have never heard of using pollen or trichome heads to influence the sex of a seedling, and I doubt it would have any effect.

a plant's gender is determined by its genetics. any outside influence wont turn a male plant or an unknown plant into a female. any changes would have to be done at a genetic level.
the only outside things that can change gender will turn a female plant into a hermi, and unless you want to try for feminized seeds i would advise against it.
