Please Help Me!!

I just recently started growing and im in need of help first of all the light bulb i bought is only 60W, and 825 lumnes and im also using a regular house light bulb is this ok or is it to much light.

no thats not enough light actually, its okay if you use a regular light bulb, but dont let them give off to much heat. you need about 150 watts per plant of flouro's, 150watts is perfect for the entire cycle of your plant, i've grown pleanty of plants at 150watts, so get soem more light's
