a light Q'S

hello all

i have a 400w hps now in a room 4'x4' by 6' tall.. my Q is if i buy a 1000w hps am i going to tell the differents in that small room? reason i ask is if that 400w is enough for 4 plants i won't buy it.. i'm open to any comments.... thanks

The 400W should be plenty I would think the 1000W would make it to hot for the plants but I could be wrong.
