alrighty, i have had my baby on flower since march 17th, so im on day 82 of flowering, i am noticing about 14th of each top bud is turning orange, so im wondering if in another 7 days the top half will be ready to cut and dry....

82 days is a long time to flower unless you are growing a sativa. There is no way to advise you without having some idea of the strain, or your grow regimen. Pics are essential to give you correct advice.
