bright yellow spots,help!
these are at day 16 of 12/12 and these plants look sick. these yellow spots are almost flourescent in colour and seems to be spreading quite fast, leaves seem to be curling down and dry. may 23, gave them a touch of mg and 4 ml earth juice bloom mixed in 1 gallon water gave each plant 2 cups mix.same day went to 12/12. straight water till june 2 gave them sprinkle of worm castings on top of soil. june 3 or 4 gave another mix of earth juice ( 5 mil to 4 liters water) then on june 7 gave them 5 ml liquid karma mixed with 4 liters water and fed with 2 cups mix.tempurature is good, humidity a bit low40-50% they are getting worse by the day.

Re: bright yellow spots,help!
You have a pH imbalance causeing a nutrient lockout. Make sure you are watering wet/dry as well. Next watering, flush with 2-3 times pot size and give her a 1/4-1/2 dose of flowering nutes as well as some trace minerals you can find in dry organics.
Keep us informed! Good luck.

Re: bright yellow spots,help!
What kind of dry organics? I heard epsom salt is good for trace minerals.

Yes it is! I use a long term organic in my initial soil mix. It releases natural nutrients over the whole grow cycle.
It is possible you don't need to add anything other then low str nutes. The mierals may just be locked out, but no need to chance it.

Re: bright yellow spots,help!
thx for the addvice, after seeing you say the trace elements i found some pic`s that were better quality, sure looks like these.
i did a flush tonight and gave them a bit of worm castings on the top of soil ( only thing i had with trace elements right now) and a mix ofpure blend pro bloom 1.5-4-5. mixed at 7ml to 4 liters water and fed 1.5 cups each. hope this works, thanx again for advice. still learning the nutes thing and getting overloaded. ![]() |

Re: bright yellow spots,help!
checked my ph of my water and it is a touch low,its acualy the same as my tap water even after going through a fish filter.so i played with my nute mixtures a bit and wow did it drop after i tried adding nutes. dropped below the scale of 4. this started a while back but wasn`t to bad then they got straight water and it stopped spreading then when i gave nutes is when it got worse. didn`t realize it would effect it that bad.
would you recomend a foliar of worm casting or not( maybee to much with it on soil already) |

Re: bright yellow spots,help!
No, for foliar I would use fish emulsion or liquid kep.
