What exactly is bagseed?

From my understanding, seeds from bags you buy are from seedy bud. Seedy bud is from hermaphrodites right? or do Some sinsemilla plants just randomly grow some seeds also?

If I plant bagseed, will the females (sinsemilla) yield stronger bud because the bag seed bud is from a hermaphrodite?
