Mate, I was the classic noob. I only started using a computer in March last year (I'm 53). Rob and the mods back then had many laughs at my expense lol. even now I look back and chuckle!

Its always good to look back and laugh, I do it all the time.
Is my plant however looking normal? I thought it was a little small, roughly the size of a standard Bic lighter at 14 days old.

That is one of the fun things about keeping a journal. I read some of mine and it is hard to believe that I believed some of the crazy shit in the past.

ok 2 new questions
#1 When LSTing is there a set amount of time you should wait between tieings?
#2 In a couple of weeks I will be gone for about 4 days(findin a place to live) would the plant do better being left outside under normal light cycle? or Is it better to be left in the dark?

so today is day 21 of 12/12... no signs of sex yet bu i just took the plant out of the dark, so we shall wait until later in the day. The stems of my first set of 3 fingered fan leaves are starting to turn red. is the start of a problem or is that normal? Also it seeing as this has kind of turned into a journal is there any way of having this thread moved to the grow journal section? Moose I'm looking at you on this one...

day 23 o 12/12 and still no signs of sex. moved the plant inside and under 2 cfls as I am going away for 4 days tomorrow. hopefully there will be a girl when i come home :)

so after returning from my cali trip...awesome place by the way, I'm super stoked to move there. I can home to find a FEMALE! she stretched bit because i was worried about it growing into the lights and burning, but I most certainly have little white hairs growing from the top two nodes. I'll post pictures when i unpack my camera
