Poor customer service from a LED sponsor

Folks,

Some of you know my history... in brief a long time ago I bought panels from a vendor who turned out to have problems and was banned by this site.

Fast forward

I clicked on a LED sponsor add and it took me here led grow lights | led aquarium lights | led underwater lights|?www.ledaquagrow.com

I began a conversation with a nice person and I told them who I was and the conversation got around to all the panels I use. They told me (banned ex-sponsor) was one of their clients!... really, so I told them I had two panels from them and I was waiting on parts for both.

The conversation ended, not by me!! And that was the end of their contact with me.

I was upset so I wrote an e-mail, no reply

I waited a few days and tried again, no reply

I waited a few more days then sent and e-mail to several folks asking for customer service or a manger/owners e-mail.

Zero response.

I am still pissed...

They're not under an obligation to honor someone else's deal with you. If you sell something to one guy and he then screws over another guy, it's not your fault is it?

I was not asking for support... I was checking out their products

had no idea they made my panels

and I have already now repaired them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for posting Buckshot.

I want to get a couple panels and been researching pretty extensively. I would love lush but I may try something a little more wallet friendly to start.
