Need help with my lights

So this is my first time growing. I need alot of help. I have a 5x10 indoor tent and im running two 1000 watt lamps. Is this too much heat or just the right amount? I have about 10 plants under each lamp. I also need to know what temp should i keep my tent at and what humidity. Whoever can help i would appreciate the info. Thanks

I did a setup like this however I had a portable A/C and dehumidifier.

Keeping temps between 72-78 is optimal unless running CO2

Thanks for the info. I was planning to get a ac as well. Im going to look into that dehumidifer. So i should be ok with running those two lamps.

An air cooled hood with exhaust will help keep temps down in the tent tremendously. Then the ac won't need to work so hard. 1000 watters are crazy hot!
