I use a surge protector which states 250 volts
adapters which are 125 watts
4 port adapters 45w pockets each

My big CFLs are 75w and 80w both 225volts
they are in the 45w pockets and the surge protector is only 250v .

When screw all my bulbs in , i notice the big CFL bulb get a little dimmer then when it was alone .

Is it true or are my eyes playing tricks on me , does it affect the lumens ? What can be done to bring my bulb to the maximum brightness ?

The Surge protector should have a Amp rating or watt rating which is what tells how much power it can use safely. ( I bet it is about 6 amps which is 1350w at 225 volts )

You should buy bigger "sockets" to hold the larger bulbs. I find it strange that they are rated for such a small wattage , 45w , You should update all of them with some higher wattage sockets with built in reflectors. Perhaps you can find some cheap ones :thumb: previously owned in a used store or use flexible clip on lamps for the holders.
