The more information you give, the better answer you will get. Provide budget, grow space, number of plants and so forth. You can search LED vs HPS on the web (and 420 magazine) and get a crap load of info. If you are new and on a limited budget, I would get a 600W HPS kit (comes with both bulbs and everything you need) on amazon for about $140, and do a Hempy bucket (research this) grow. Cannot over water Hempy so that takes a big variable out of the grow.
