Struggle to find some good information about lamp technology - Help me out

Hey, i have some strugle to find some good information about wich lamp teconology i should order.
I live in a country where is it cold in the winter season and not so hot in the summer.

The tent im going to buy is like 5x5x6.5 and im going to have it in my bedrom.

So wich lamps do you recommended ?

Option 1 :
2 hps lamps and one metall halide lamps
Why: A friend recommended it.

Option 2 :
4x 250w lights
Why: Becouse some human recommended it.

Option 3 :
Dont know, give me some information about what you recommend?

I would get an HID light to help heat the place up. For a 5x5 you could try a 1000 watt HID that can use MH or HPS and just switch the bulb when you switch to bloom. That's what I would do in that space personally. Get a good reflector for it and you can take out the glass when you need the heat, put the glass in and exhaust the heat when you don't need it.
