I just ordered 2 mars hydro 300 w led lights.... could i grow 4 plants with that setup?

I would say get 2 more at least.

Those only pull 132 actual watts a piece so thats 264 actual watts. if you wanted to compare to a 1000 watt hps bulb you would need 8 of these lights. Just know depending on how much light you want for for your grow space each of the mars 300 fixtures draw 132 actual watts. 40-50 watts per square foot is recommended for best results indoor.

Mars300 coverage is 2'x2',draw power is around 130w,so two of them will cover 2'x4',and draw power is around 260w,so it's about 32.5w/sq.If your plants can fit-in this area well.

You can add some side lights,CFL maybe.
