ebb and gro nutrient/ feeding schedules

ebb and gro or multi flow users, can any one describe how they mix their nutrients and what feeding schedules they run? im a first time grower and was kinda afraid of locking them

im using tap water with a ph of 7.6-7.8, should i lower the ph first or after i add the nutrients

for the info pitviper. i have one more question. would the way i have my grow room setup work? i was wondering if its possible to use an a/c as intake? and can i have my carbon filter in a corner connected to a vented hood and on the other side an exhaust fan blowing the air into the attic??? i already have it setup but wasnt sure if it would work. here's a quick sketch of what i have
