The hood has holes on each end that you connect flexable ducting to.use a can fan the same size as the duct to blow outside air across the lightbulb & out with the hot air.
I draw air from the outside of my gro-space on one side & exhaust the hot air out the other side.You can put your hand on the hood,not even warm.

U can use many different types of inline fans with aircooled hoods. Even if the hole in the hood and the size of the fan (in inches) don't match u can always use reducers to make it possible to use 4" ducting with a 6" fan (for example). Hope this was clear enough to understand.

Home Depot has round inline fans they call"Duct Boosters" in 4" 6" 8" sizes.I use the 8" one on my hood.Moves about 500 cfm & cost $38 bucks if I remember right.
