You know what? As bad as this story is, something made me smile? The fact that the DISPENSARY wasn't even mentioned. That truly shows a step in the right direction as far as the media is concerned...

Got two more fence posts in the ground today. 2 x 4's for the mother room/ Clone Army Chamber have arrived. I start building it tomorrow. I fixed up a mess of vegan curry and rice, friends are on the way.

Stress has gone down quite a bit, I had an impromptu party on Friday night. Just friends coming by to hang and smoke me out. I had a great night and wrote a new song at like 1:20 am. Now chillin' at my Shamnka/para-more's house watching her husband do dishes, she says he is sexy when doing the house hold chores. he makes a big mess when doing dishes so its hilarious to me. Dispensary run in a few to pick up my care package, life is good.

Due to the costs, I have decided to use my massive seed bank and save money. Too much stress when spending my small stipend.

@ kotos, thanks, my garden is beginning to take shape again this year, a better fence and more area dedicated to buds.

The fence is up, clones are looking good. Can't wait for the blossoms of spring.

I pray for the day I am not compulsive about checking my plants lol. I love to sit and stare in awe and wonderment at mine

I felt so bad when I had to kill my male plants. I told them I was sorry, too. I felt a bit silly, but who's to say what plants really do and don't understand. There has been a recent study that claims that bees have personalities, so who knows?

I totally agree! Every time a male flashes my ladies, I get defensive, apologize to the little guy, but explain to him that is not allowed in my house. Then, I promptly render swift judgement and levy harsh punishment for his lewdness. I do let him know though that I'm sorry I have to do it, but it's for the best, and that I hope he understands. Then I drop him in the compost bin and give it a turn.

Then I go back inside, and lavish love on my ladies and tell them that I know some of them enjoyed the show but for now, there will be no little buns in any ovens around here. I adjust the fans again, tweak the height of the lighting, check EC and pH, or some such other busy work to try to keep my mind off the murder that just happened. Then I just sit and watch them grow for a while. I feel bad, but what is a proud and protective papa to do?

Welcome SweetJane, I would offer a chair and lemonade but its cold and rainy, so how about some hot cocoa and a chair next to the heater.
I also enjoy watching my plants grow, as they get bigger my excitement swells. I have 1 male plant(which I think is a hermie), all alone in my back yard, the ladies are inside, well away from the advances of the guy. He has turned so purple from the cold some of the leaves have turned reddish.

Lots of weeding ahead for me and my helpers, the biggest part will be turning and weeding a 3 yard wide by 15 yard long patch for my vegies.
The soil here is awesome, we have volunteer radish and turnips that are huge. Seed bearing plants from last year are popping up all over.

Ha Ha, jandre, the secret lives of plants, indeed!

I am on my first grow, it has been an interesting ride, I love it. Here in Ohio we have a Medical Marijuana bill up for vote this November. I hope and pray that it passes, I would love to become a provider.

Thanks for the welcome, I am happy I found you guys. Sitting with some lemonade watching marijuana plants blowing in the breeze sounds like a little slice of heaven.

I love to garden, I grow heirloom Brandywine tomatoes in the summer, ummm-ummm good! I am gonna try to start them from seed this year as I save a bunch from last year's crop. Now that I have all this good dirt, and good ferts and a germination station I should be all set lol! *fingers crossed*
