Dreading that space in the garden after the ladies go to their reward

That 50 ft canopy of Kush and the 3 ladies who are still stretching are surprisingly comforting as I suspect y'all who have been thru a grow, capiche. Living on a farm I have dispatched and eaten fellow critters but I recall that weeding the peas also had emotional impact, from destroying thriving living organisms I understood at the time. But now my understanding and relatedness to plants has taken a giant leap. Am I in love as parents are? In a month or so when there is a great gaping space in the garden, ladies hanging to dry, how will it feel and what to do with the space and the extra time? I guess it will be when I start researching for next year's grow. There are worse ways to count out one's life. Peace.

Perhaps you might consider a perpetual indoor grow? The kids grow up and leave the planter so quickly at our age!
