Help, nitrogen deficiency?

Does this look like nitrogen deficiency?




I looked at the grow faqs and that's what i think it is, but I just want to double check. Also, what's the easiest way to fix this? Can I get what I need for cheap?

That looks like somethings been sucking at them like spidermites or thrips. Yes they are a little yellowish and that could be either too much water or nitrogen deficient but the little holes are from a sap sucker. Look at the internodes and bottom of the leaves. See and weebing at all? Even little whisps of webs. Look for dark spots on the bottoms of the leaves as well. these are shit piles.

Looks a lil difficient to me...But I think racefan is right about the bugs. Check undersides of leaves with a magnifying glass.
