Nervious about first harvest

ok heres the deal

First time harvesting, hairs a little more than 70% orange, all trichs are milky under a magnifying glass, smaller leaves up top are turning purple, and fan leaves are dying. Unfortunately I dont have a camera. Should I harvest? I just don't want to get premature bud after spending all this time on the plants. Also the plant has shown little progress in the past days. (no growth or additional oranging)

any thoughts would be awesome

If you flush the plants for 1-2 weeks with plain water it will wash out any remaining ferts. in the soil. This will make for a cleaner burning and tasting product.

If the plants are yellowing and the fan leaves are dying, I would say chop them ASAP.

i have been flushing them for at least 2 weeks.

i know this topic is a little old but why would he want to chop them asap if the fan leaves are dieing and the buds are yellowing? cuz i had a couple lower fan leaves die...and my buds look yellowish but are not ready for harvest in the red hair department but still have developed many chrystals..

because his plant seems to be ripe. don't base your timing on the hairs.
