Yes, thanks Acorn, this is becoming a very informative thread.
They definately do self polinate, I noticed small seeds already forming on the lower branches. So now I know that the damage has been done and the whole room has been contaminated. I actually have 2 of 3 plants showing this same thing so I took them down today and left the 3rd (a female with no signs of herm) to go to term. I guess I'll just be dealing with seeds this crop. I debated a while about just letting them all go the distance but I have a few that will go to 12/12 in 2 weeks. Now I'm thinking about the long term effects of rogue pollen floating around the room. Some info I read said pollen is only "active" for about 10-14 days so I'm crossing my fingers that with a good cleaning any remaining pollen won't be a problem. Any experience with that? You can stop the pollen immediately if you want...If it gets wet at all - even while still on the flower - will keep it from being viable. Before the next crop do a thorough cleaning and wash-down and you should be fine.
