Too much light on the bud,
pretty washed out lookin', hard to tell. looks like it's gettin' close !!! Got anymore pics?

I don't know anyone who can identify what strain a bud is simply by looking at a pic of it. Doesn't mean it can't be done........ I guess?
 As far as your question is it time to pull. I'd have to agree with *********. To much light. How long has it been in flower?
