drying my plants

what is your guys opinion on drying my plants in the back of a rented truck like a uhaul? lets say i have 25 to 40 plants i cant dry them in my place and i think renting the truck would work but the only thing im worried about is ventilation

Medical Marijuana will become famous soon enough
Re: drying my plants

And park it in the shade, or it will get too hot and detract from the end taste of your bud. Ventilation to is a must. Failing that, drive the uhaul around for 5 days and voila! lol.

Re: drying my plants

If you can grow them in your house why can't you dry them there too? Is it a cycling grow where you are brining in clones in right now? You don't have to dry the entire plant, you can section plants off and hang them that way as well, will take less room that way.

Re: drying my plants

I've seen some strange ways to dry but never heard of someone spending boo-coo dollars to rent a truck. I had a member once who used a storage area in his carport in the apartment complex he lived in to dry in. He got away with it too.lol

Re: drying my plants

Spend the money on a good scrubber and be good to dry anywhere. They truly are amazing. I would recommend CAN brand filters and fans. I have one and it is awesome!

You can get them at any good hydro shop, but here is one I just Googled... Can-Fan / Can-Filter combos from 4 hydroponics.com by Growco Indoor Garden Supply

I believe I have the "50". I have a 10" fan and the filter is about 6' tall. I could have gotten the one half that height with an 8" fan after seeing how well one like that is working at my brother's. They are amazing. If you buy the right size it will eliminate all odor of a full bloom in about 10 minutes or so.

Re: drying my plants

Those fans are awesome, but extremely expensive. Check ww granger or the like for fans, and check with Joe, he got the same filter I did from ebay for 50 bucks, and it's damn good. You don't want to buy one with a fan unless it's like the one Kick posted, or a good squirrel fan, the computer fans don't work well at all.

But if you have the money, that is a top notch product. Like Daddy says "Buy the best, and you will never be dissapointed."
