Tried some of our bud and it made us cough/harsh almost gaggy. Looks good. could this mean not cured.

That could be from a # of things. If its ur bud, I'd think u'd know better than we if UR bud is cured or not. What was ur method of cure and length?

I have read that excessive amounts of nitrogen in the finish product can yield a harsh smoke (i.e., grower did not properly flush/leach their plants prior to harvest, more important with chemical ferts than organic)...or if there's still a lot of chlorophyll it could make it harsh I think (i.e., not fully cured yet).

Could just be a very harsh smoke,
u said it looked good so i doubt mold would be a factor,
maybe wasnt properly cured
