Emergency Change to setup - From soil to Hydro - Need help/opinion

I have a situation. I recently transplanted 12 plants that I grew from seedlings in soil as an experiment after getting my hands on some seeds. I have grown in hydro and didnt know anything about soil, so when I started having issues with the plants not eating because of nutrient lockout because I could not get the PH under control.

So I went back to what I know, Hydro!. But this is the bad part. I am used to growing on a 4x8 table with 27 6x6 rockwool cubes and used a 30 gallon res to feed them by hand 10secs a piece til runoff drained back into res.

But now these are 12 plants in 3 GALLON POTS.
Should I be watering them until they are waterlogged? Or just time it for a few seconds and
Would it be 12 plants x 3 gallons
would it take 1 1/2 times more water to get the rockwool to overflow? and if so, would that be my calculation? 12 x 3.5 = 42 gallons of water for successful drain to waste type feeding.

Should I water these large pots every day or every other day?

We are starting 1st week of flower.

any usefull input would be greatly appreciated
