10.) It's Proven Strong - Hemp is among the oldest industries on the planet, going back more than 10,000 years to the beginnings of pottery. The Columbia History of the World states that the oldest relic of human industry is a bit of hemp fabric dating back to approximately 8,000 B.C.

i purchased hemp curtains before winter, and i really like them. we have a store called indian weavings, and they sell tons of hemp stuff. its the same price as all the designer garbage, so its worth it either way. i did not care much for the itchy clothes, but hemp is an awsome product more people should look at...
