Theres nothing more i would like to see, that Legit Dispensaries are able to operate freely so that sick people can get their medicine in a established and safe environment without having to go down some dark alley risking possible arrest or death. Good luck to you and YOUR dispensaries. |

I know I think this is so exciting. I wrote the Obama Administration months ago about this issue and health care reform. I won't go into details of the letter.
I then wrote again about Public Options and on the whole, they could do no harm, but are missing a wonderful opportunity by using medical MJ as a lead way to see how it does on a National level. If you never try things, how will you know if old ways/policies or new ways will work? If you don't try, how will you ever know. The deaths for Alcohol relations for families broken, pains caused, rehab centers and death. Now a chance to try medical MJ first and see how well it does even on financial levels. I think it takes all of us as one, to help make them change in our house. If we all stand together and keep writing we can achieve much bliss. Now it's time for states to come and be compassionate, like Calif. is, we need AZ to become apart of the families for med. mj Thanks

I'm in NYC and for a lot of people here this is good news. Since our governor is crying about a 3 billion dollar deficit, the repeal of the draconian Rockefeller drug laws and the State Senate in desparate need of fresh faces this may be the time for us to open a MMJ dispenary

But the fact is it means nothing. No change in law, not binding to any state or federal prosecutors, nothing to guide judges.
Its just another line of shit from the shitmeister Obama. He said we were going to pull out of Iraq and shutdown gitmo too. Just rhetoric. Until they change the laws its just rhetoric. |

No matter what other difficulties or obstacles are in the way, this is an essential step in the process of legalization of medical marijuana, and eventually complete legalization.
Today is a good day indeed.

Even if it doesn't mean a whole lot to us, seeing the CNN headline stating that the Obama administration has changed it's view on marijuana could help influence the people against legalization into a more reasonable mindset.

This is a start, but as long as we have elected officials with their own agendas such as the DA in LA and San Diego we are still facing an ongoing battle.
Lets hope that this leads to new laws not just a policy. |

I'm glad to see these State's will hopefully be left alone to dispense MED'S (period) I hope this all goes well. I bet there will still be bust? But let's hope the Disp. keep it on the up n up. They'll be scrutinized. :

No doubt in my mind the dispensaries will be under a state and federal microscope. The only reason for there existence in the eyes of the law is the high tax revenues that will be collected by cash starved states. It's all about the money and believe me the government want's to make sure they get every last penny owed to them.

Obama's the man? Did i miss something? Did the law change? No. I'm being harassed right now, even after obama's "policy", saying i can't use cannibis while on probation. It's part of my meds. is it not? Obama shit! Didn't he say that at the first of his term. DID THEY LISTEN? Now it's "POLICY" because he told them again? Give me a break. I'm not trying to be disrespectful to you folks but shit is still shit no matter what you spray on it.

Just a glimmer. They can still invade your privacy if they suspect you have too much money. Money laundering suspicion is their open door for investigations and wiretaps.
This is too big a plum for L.E. to give up, and it might diminish the cop-court-prison industry and put some fuzz out of jobs. |
