67 Pot Plants Found Inside High Point Home

High Point police said officers discovered 67 marijuana plants and equipment used in the growing of marijuana at a home on Daveler Drive.

Police said someone called 911 Tuesday with an anonymous tip that the plants were located inside the home.

Officers obtained a warrant to search the home Tuesday afternoon, and arrested 62-year-old Andrea Louise West, who lived at the home.

She was charged with manufacturing marijuana, felony possession of marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances.

Daveler Drive is off Skeet Club road near the US 311 interchange.
