Russia To Open Marijuana Retail Chain

The first store to sell marijuana will appear in Russia in Nizhny Novgorod. However, it is not going to sell the psychotropic substance to everyone. Persons under 18 years of age will not be allowed to purchase this product, and pregnant women will not be able to enter the store either. The opening is planned for June. At the moment, the store chain management is holding negotiations with suppliers.

It has been decided to open a network of similar stores later in Moscow, Irkutsk and Samara.

It will be recalled that, as of December 2010, it is allowed by law to sell marijuana in Russia. The State Duma approved the project to distribute the psychotropic substances for medical purposes. Marijuana is also known as an anesthetic, antiepileptic, anticonvulsive, and antiemetic medicine.

Both parties have a certain amount of the vote beholding to them and since most people are so disgusted with system they don't vote so a few carrots gets one of them in and they can act like it's a mandate,and it really doesn't matter because they are both the same . It's what made you think that ass hole was different. A librertarian would be great,but Dems & Repub would lose so it's really about what you can give away. Librertarians only have freedom that a hard sell now a days.

I've searched for other sources of this and there are many posts on many different sites to be found but they all use this same article. I could find no alternate original sources. Is it true? I have no way to verify it but at the same time I could find nothing debunking it. I'll be watching for any updates to this. I hope its true.

I assume this is an April Fool's thing. Look at the date. Nothing anywhere else mentions this. It would be huge news if it was true, and all over the internet, not just one article.

Actually this article is posted on many sites. As for your assuming that its a 'garbage website', I don't know what you base this on. Its a Russian news site and as far as I know they don't even have 'april fools day' in Russia. I don't say its true but I don't assume the opposite either.

Libertarian also = monopolies, unregulated rape by corporations etc...maybe for the social aspects of "do what you will as long as no harm to others is done" but Libertarian economic policy eats itself.... look at Somalia, Libertarian Anarchy.

Nowhere in the Constitution of this Great Country does it say "for unregulated Corporate rape of the common person" or "for 400 people and their families only" such as what goes on now.

Personal Rights freedom = Libertarian - Social
