An Oklahoma City Public Schools sixth grader took four grams of marijuana to school last week. The school district and Oklahoma City Police are now investigating the incident. School officials say if not for other students, they may have never learned of the drugs being taken onto school property.
Last Wednesday Oklahoma City School officials say a student told a friend about his plans to take marijuana to school. "We had a sixth grade student here at Webster Middle School that told some friends the day before this incident happened that he found a bag of marijuana in his house," says Cordell Jordan, Oklahoma City Public Schools Spokesperson. Oklahoma City Police are now investigating the incident. The police report states the student claimed to have found the marijuana on his mother's bedroom floor; it also states he planned to sell the drugs so he could buy suckers. Oklahoma City schools work with the police department to teach kids how to recognize certain drugs, they also teach students the importance of telling someone if drugs or weapons are brought to school. Often times, as in this incident, students are the first line of defense. "Most of the time when things are uncovered it's because of the students. We rely heavily on students and teachers in the classroom to really keep their eyes open and ears open and if they hear of anything to let them know they can do the right thing and report it," says Jordan. The student was charged with possession of marijuana. He has been sent to an alternative school for a period of time. A 6th grader? CHARGED? AND SENT TO AN ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL? What the fuck is going on in oklahoma? Theyre bringing 6th graders up on charges and removing them from normal schooling for a bag of weed. Thats fucking ridiculous.

You can't arrest a 12 year old for bringing pot into school. Maybe offer counseling for the child and their parent(s), but you can't fucking arrest a 12 year old. He doesn't have the cognitive abilities to fully comprehend what he's doing. The kid is going to have that on his record till he's 18...

hes gunna be a hustler...starts of selling candy, then baseball cards, then weed in high school... pretty soon hes gunna be driving a cadillac pimped out....what a hustler. Just kidding. thats messed up that they changed him from school to school. they should have kept him there.

Somebody should tell the school board that high fructose corn syrup found in "suckers" is less natural and more deadly than marijuana. Kid should be selling candy for weed.

Ya i toked on some DANK over here iN FLA yesterday at the Barber shop... what you know about that man....... HAHAHAHA that DANK SUCKED compared to Calis DANK... THE STUFF WAS ALL DRY and SMELLED bad... IVE HAD BETTER.... Plus it was like 3 grams on 6 heads... GOT HIGH AS HELL but bad tasting, bad texture for beign $50 an 1/8..

i have a friend whos in 10th grade that got busted with pot n all she had to do was pay a fine.. she didnt have to go to a diff skool or n e thing |
