COPD Help!

I everyone. I am a 60 year old male and I have COPD, and would like some reliable information on where I can purchase high concentrations of Cannibus oil, at a relatively inexpense cost so that I can try it to see if it would help. Lately, I have had difficulty walking, taking a shower, and constantly coughing. I am so tired of having this stuff and want it to be gone. In my younger years, I ran 2 marathons, two 1/2 marathons, an Ironman, countless 10 and 5 k's bicycle races, and cross country ski races, and if you could see me now...it's pathetic.

Any help on this and some day when I'm standing at the "Pearly Gates," I will put in a good word for you.
