Hi everyone, I am a medical marijuana patient from northern Ca. I began smoking at the age of 19 in 1957 in Lancaster Ca. I missed some in the navy and in college. Things were very different then, my friend got 10 yrs. for selling 1 oz.(can) of Mexican weed to a narc. in 1959. He got out in 3 yrs. I am constantly amazed at the current changes in marijuana laws and attitude. I moved to the mountains of northern Ca. in 1965, settled on a few acres with my wife and 2 kids . There was plenty of work if you didn't mind logging . I remember when the first sensamilian pot showed up in the early 70s and began changing the economy . I guess that's when the slow march became the stampede we see today. Finally I can sit on my porch in the evening (or any other time) and enjoy a smoke from my cannabis(quote from George Washington) . I look forward to exchanging ideas with other smokers
