Hi everyone! I am a Disabled American Veteran. I served in the US Army 1982-94. I have been, and continue to be, treated by the VA for PTSD since 1997. The VA recognizes my condition but refuses to compensate me financially. I would self-medicate but probation limits that. Being a Pennsylvania resident, I'm looking at another 2 years of suffering until their MMJ program is implemented. That's all for now. Puff puff pass!
