I'm new to this forum and I'm just wondering what +reps mean.

+rep means that someone has told a member that they have added to that members reputation.

If you look on your control panel page (bottom right) you will see the record of the last few reputation points that you have recieved and your total number of points.

Each 100 rep points earns another green square below your post count

Look at the symbols below you avatar. You see the round green circle on the left, then a white scale, then the report post triangle. If you click on this (white scale) you can send feedback to a member about their post (good or bad) and the adds/deletes rep points
