Selling home-grow kits

Hi everybody . .. I started making and selling home-grow kits since my usual cabinet and carpentry business has essentially vanished.

Can I get busted for this ?

Depends on where you are and how you market it.
You may need to stay strict and market it as for "tomatoes" and "peppers". without mentioning MJ

Thanks . . . instead of asking 'can i get busted' I should have asked 'will I get busted'.

Like, if somebody says: 'I'm gonna grow illegal weed in this grow-kit and sell it and break the law' and i sell them the kit, does that mean I go to jail too ? (btw - my kits are designed for 4 plants, which are legal in CA).

The local candy store on my block sells about a thousand blunt cigars every week. Nobody in the neighborhood smokes these things without mixing them with weed. Does he have to decline selling them to pot smokers ?

If i had the means, I would hire a lawyer to answer these questions. Maybe after selling 10,000 kits I'll hire a high-class law firm.
