Just to see if I can do it!

Hi
I'm 1 of the newbies, so new I started my grow journal in the introduce yourself section,
now I'm in the Indoor Soil Cultivation section. It's a Phototron grow, it's only because of420 that she has gotten so far. (my only success )
Knowledge is power folks!
So I do a lot of this now. The Phototron girl is in flower,
I have a lazy attempt at hydro that spider mites got to we'll see

Now Strain Hunter recommended I come here and start my journal.
(where I if I thought about it is where I should have been)

So I started 1 new bean(I'm brave like that), trying the hydro thing again!
I say the spider mites robbed me of a fair shake, but taught me something
I will finish my Phototron grow there but will take you for ride with this new
plant O.K. Here's what I'm working with:

Tote 10 gal.
nutrients:
Maxicrop Liquid fish 5.0-1.0-1.0
Organic neptunes fish & seaweed fert. 2.3.1
VI Super thrive
Earthworm castings
Moondust
Thrive alive b-1
Bushmaster


Everything at this stage is experimental, trying to find out my likes dislikes and how tolerant these plants are.
I would like to try the Moondust and the Bushmaster on this grow, but they are opposing forces so I'm not sure how that would work. I'll let you know.Any thoughts so far?

O.K. The Update

Started 2 new beans 1 accidentaly tossed in Phototron while back,
mixing the topsoil between watering must have finally put it deep enough to germ.
The other started hydro. In with mama for company for now.
Since mama in for a 3 day flush.

1 in Pototron healthy bit of streach lighting prob. Fixed now
2nd frist to pop, weaker of 2, Nute burn. Like I said experimental explain
more once I perfect it.

Going to start foliar spraying once 2nd set of leaves are fully in on both, they are already visible.
Bushmaster n a couple pebbles of moon dust, keeping excess in fridge.

Anyone else keep their nutes in fridge? 1st. time trying this.

Sounds like your off to a good start. Would love to see some pics. And no I have not heard of nutes in the fridge but I am no expert by any means. But if it does not tell you to keep refrigerated after opening I would say its not the best idea. Good luck and + reps on you new plants...

Hey Aprentice-

Sounds like you've got the right attitude to get started! I'll keep my eyes on this one, but you've gotta satisfy my urges with some photos :)

I don't see it a problem storing nutrients in the fridge, just make SURE it doesn't get too cold. Ice would be bad, I would think.

Update Xena got burned light too close, hope I caught It in time.
She was doing so well, after the nute burn. Now all I can do is
Legs doing well she seems really strong.
Look how broad her leaves are

They are doing well Xena took the burn in stride.
Legs is still strong as ever.
